Since 2016, we’ve been on a mission to provide our community with delicious wholesome healthy food.

We started as a Brick and Mortar store in the Kinelworth mall. After the COVID-19 Pandemic we had to make the tough decision to close the Lyfe Cafe and tranisiton to the Lyfe Acai & Smoothie Bar - now a completly mobile food truck serving up the same quality ingredients you’ve grown to know and love!

Founded on the principle of providing a menu that brings people together to enjoy a meal that fits their individual needs and lyfestyle, The Lyfe Acai & Smoothie Bar accommodates every dietary need and every major diet. If you are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan; you have a place at our table.

Penny Seabolt, Founder of The Lyfe Cafe, started her journey at the age of 30. Overweight and a recently divorced mother of two wonderful children, Penny also endured the loss of her father to lung cancer. This was rock-bottom. But instead of buying the next size up in clothes, Penny decided to start reclaiming her life. By age 38, Penny found herself on stage being awarded 1st Place in her very first bodybuilding competition. Inspired, she went on to earn her pro card with the WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation) and the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness). Today, she is also an NSPA Personal Trainer, a Master Sports Nutritionist and Fat Loss Expert. Sounds great, right? Well, it’s been an 8+ year journey. The punchline: there is no quick fix, only a process with you at the center of it all. Penny started her journey by making one decision, one commitment that she could keep because she really wanted it: a happier self. Big changes can come through small, consistent actions. As a personal trainer and nutritionist, Penny knows that restarting your body with clean ingredients and non-processed foods is the simplest step to take in a journey to a healthier you.
